Hotel Management

The undergraduate program in of Hotel Management aims to qualify professionals to develop activities such as planning, organizing, fostering and supervising the services offered by the multiple sectors that are part of the organizational structure of the hospitality area. This degree aims to develop curricular practices and methodological processes that provide students with criticism and questioning about this phenomenon and about the hospitality demand in the current national scenario, especially in the country’s south region context.
