The undergraduate program in Food Engineering aims to graduate professionals to develop engineering activities applied to the food industry, from raw material selection to all steps of the industrialization process and defining the best storage and supply conditions of the final product, in different branches of the food industry, such as the processing of fish, meat, milk, cereals, vegetal oils, fruit, vegetables, drinks, etc.
